All water bills are mailed on, or around 20th of the month.  Bills are then due by the 10th of the month following billing.  Any account not paid by the 15th are then subject to shut off. All billing questions should be directed to city hall (217)-368-2332.  Please leave a message if there is no answer and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.
