1: The City of Greenfield is accepting letters of interest for the position of Rives Lake Camp Host.
Duties to include:
- availability at Rives Lake throughout the camping season (free camping space provided)
- report to and carry out tasks per Parks and Recreation chair/Mayor
- take camper reservations/collect fees (city-provided registration documentation forms and business cell phone)
- opening and closing of lake pavilion
- oversee restroom maintenance worker and provide attention to restroom supplies as directed/needed
- policing of litter
- other duties as assigned by Parks & Rec chair/Mayor
Compensation: 15% of camping fees plus free camping for host at designated campsite determined by the city council. Letter of interest should include: name, address, phone number/email, and applicable work history.
Deadline: February 12, 2026 by close of business day. All letters of interest can be turned into the Greenfield City Hall located at 510 Walnut Street or emailed to [email protected]. City Council to determine camp host at February 12, 2026 regular scheduled council meeting. Reservations to be taken starting Monday, February 16, 2026 at 8:00 A.M. Updated rules/regulations to be posted same day.

2: The City of Greenfield is accepting bids for custodial services at the city hall building every other week. Applicants may leave a resume, including your bid at city hall (510 Walnut) or email to [email protected]
